  • Shipping Times

    Most items will ship within three business days using your selected shipping method. We do try to get them out as quickly as possible.

    Expect international orders, no rush shipping orders, and items ordered during national shipping crises to take longer to arrive.

    Pre-ordered items will have their own expected shipping dates included in their descriptions and most pre-ordered items will not have a guaranteed ship date.

    Shipping updates are sent to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive an update, try searching in your spam for Not Bad Design before contacting us. We are able to resend shipping confirmation if needed.

  • About pre-orders

    Unless otherwise stated, pre-ordered items do not have a guaranteed shipping date. Pre-order isn’t for everyone! Make sure you are prepared for a delay on pre-ordered items if they unfortunately occur.

    Pre-order options are given PRIOR to production. This means that the pre-order funds are used to fund the manufacturing. Expect time for production, freight shipping, and then distribution once we have them. The projected ship date from the manufacturer will always be included in the item description.

    We try to be as transparent and honest as possible from the start. Refunds and cancellations will not be given on pre-ordered items if they experience a delay.

  • International shipping

    During times of high-volume ordering, NBDco is unable to fulfill international orders. This is especially true for book launches. We’re a really tiny company and international shipping isn’t always a process we can handle.

    All shipping options are given at checkout. If we are currently offering international, you can find it at checkout.

  • Book launches

    We love books! And many of you do, too. We are endlessly grateful for the community around these really special stories.

    That Witch and The Story of Goldie are self-published and available during limited times of the year. We’re really tiny! Limiting production and purchasing windows allows us to focus on creating more really wonderful things throughout the year.

    For 2023, here is our current schedule of release:

    Jan. 2023 - The last month to purchase the books until the relaunch.

    Aug. 2023 - The Snuggle Bug book will be released! This also will mark the re-release of That Witch and The Story of Goldie.

    *Wholesale buyers can purchase books between August-September. The Snuggle Bug book will have a separate wholesale period in December-January, as well.

    February 28th, 2024 - Books will finish their selling season and won’t return until August.

  • Wholesale

    Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to navigate to our wholesale information. We currently offer some of the shop items for wholesale and use Faire for most wholesale ordering.

    If you are a bookshop in Central Florida looking to carry our holiday books, please let us know if you are interested in scheduling a reading/signing during the holiday season by filling out a contact form. We expect this time to fill up quickly.

  • Refunds and cancellations

    We work so hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase from start to finish. If something is wrong when you receive your item, please let us know right away by filling out the contact form or emailing info@notbaddesignco.com

    We currently offer replacements on damaged items or incorrect items, if available.

    We do not offer free returns on items you decide you no longer want. Contact us for the cost and availability to complete a return.

    Items shipped to incorrectly input addresses may incur an additional fee for reshipment or the cost of shipping will be taken from their refund. Please always check the address you submit to ensure it ends up in the correct place.

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on purchases made during pre-order for shipping delays. This was a condition of the pre-order stated in the product description.

    If you need to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, please contact us right away. If the order is not yet processed, and it is not a pre-ordered item, we will do our best.
